They dropped the ball on a claim we filed last year and now they refuse to refund (even though I was assured it would be covered) the $150 charge for the technician coming out. On top of that there anre several parts needing replaced and They are only offering to replace one part and not even pay for the technician to install it. This is NOT what a good business does. If a warranty is coming with the purchase of a house, don’t go with this company.
