I purchased bifold doors through Value Doors in mid December 2025, having been sold them by Liam. After paying i never got order confirmation, was told on the phone a few weeks later they were out for delivery. Now the valuedoors.co.uk website has disappeared and emails remain undelivered. Phone numbers ring off across all websites and salesperson mobile number is also turned off.
I have now lost over £2500 and am facing a 2+month delay on my building project because of this.

company went bust in June taking customers money and not fulfilling orders. just set up again at boiler central ltd premises which has now also gone bust doing the same to its customers. Look at both companies reviews (value doors and boiler central) before making your decision to give them your hard earned money!
Great windows and door excellent fitters who did a fantastic job . Since the windows have been in 7 months the company has gone bankrupt and moved. No numbers work 2 of the windows are faulty one does not open and the other does not close . I would avoid this company and there other company's
Very poor experience with this company. The sales team were helpful but from there nothing went right. The windows and doors were delivered and the delivery driver stated he didn't unload. I was left to unload the whole delivery. Next the fitters didn't turn up after us taking time off work. After fitting four windows they didn't return for several weeks. Then they realised a door was not ordered. This arrived the following week and was the wrong size. Finally got the doors fitted in June. Work quality is ok. Just ok. Don't bother complaining. They weren't interested.
From the initial contact from the staff at Home Windows everything has been really easy and the end result even better than we imagined. We had our design consultation within 3 days and windows were fitted 20 days later. We required finance too which was simple and set up in minutes. Rob and his team fitted the our whole house windows in 2 days, were courteous and the attention to detail inside is brilliant. I fully recommend Home Windows and the team if you are looking at replacing your windows and doors.
We had all our windows and patio doors replaced, the company were brilliant throughout. Great communication, timeliness of appointments brilliant, footers were great and everyone really helpful and friendly. We are really pleased with the results.
