I placed an order on the 21st of November 2025 and was informed it would be out for delivery the following day. I appreciated the quick dispatch at first. However, a week passed without any sign of my parcel. By the 29th of November 2025, I still hadn't received it, so I contacted the support team, who promised to investigate and asked for two days. They assured me the parcel would arrive soon. After another three days without updates, I reached out again and learned that my item hadn't even been dispatched yet, and they requested another two days. Finally, on the 4th of December 2025, after further communication, they informed me that my item was damaged and they couldn't send it, issuing a refund instead. I had purchased it on sale and requested they honor that price, but they refused. While I received my refund, there was no compensation for the stress and waiting. I ended up paying full price for an item that was originally on sale. I will NEVER use this service again. It's incredibly disappointing.

I've initiated a dispute with my payment method and contacted the appropriate authorities to investigate this company for violating consumer rights.

My order has not arrived, and there's no sign that Evri has even received it. I requested a refund and was told to wait another 5 days, but after asking again, I was told to wait once more. It's now been 14 days since I placed my order. Customer service just tells you to be patient and then cuts off the chat. I'm now trying to claim a refund through my payment method.
The customer service was very poor, and I did not receive my order. I cannot recommend this service. It's better to use other platforms to save time and frustration. I now need to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back.
I received a package that was already delayed, but half the items were missing. The company refuses to acknowledge that these items are lost on their end. I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid purchasing from this site; it’s the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will not pay for items I never received—absolutely not! AVOID!
