In August, I was informed they would be delivered soon, and I paid the high price. By early September, I received tracking information for three packs, but only two arrived. The nightmare began with the lack of customer service—only a chatbot was available. After multiple attempts to reach out, I found no resolution. Finally, after some email exchanges, I received a new battery, but one is already dead after a few weeks. The chatbot experience is frustrating, and I hope for better support moving forward.
