I am very disappointed with Homewizzard Energy app and with your poor technical support. The graphs only work intermittently. I have not received any serious explanation or advice from technical support, you are looking for the reason in non-standard data on the distributor's meter, whitch is absolutely not true. This is completely unprofessional.

P1 splitter is too costly.

The P1 splitter has a nice design, but its price is excessively high for what it offers. Additionally, it doesn't even come with a USB power supply. It feels cheap at the bottom while being priced quite steeply.

Delivery not as expected

The delivery did not meet my expectations; the battery was left at my door without prior notification or a signature. When I attempted to return the battery, I was told it was not possible because the 30-day period had expired. Customer service was unhelpful, as the promised delivery service was not provided.

Delivery did not meet the expectations

The delivery was not executed as promised: the battery was simply dropped at the door without any prior notice or signature. I requested a return, but was informed it was impossible as the 30-day window had expired. Customer service was not flexible at all, and the agreed-upon delivery service was not provided.

Resolved issues with P1 meter

We encountered some problems with the P1 meter. It took a bit of effort to convince the support team via email and messaging, as it stopped working. However, they eventually sent a replacement, and all is well now. 👍👍

Lack of response from support

I have been trying to reach them since September 3, and now it's September 12 with no response regarding a product that isn't compatible with my setup. If they can't manage support queries, they should stop taking orders.

Order issues and poor customer service

I ordered three battery packs back in May 2025 and had to wait for months due to high demand, which was fine as they kept me updated. In August, I was informed they would be delivered soon, and I paid the high price. By early September, I received tracking information for three packs, but only two arrived. The nightmare began with the lack of customer service—only a chatbot was available. After multiple attempts to reach out, I found no resolution. Finally, after some email exchanges, I received a new battery, but one is already dead after a few weeks. The chatbot experience is frustrating, and I hope for better support moving forward.

Avoid the AI-Bot when possible.

I faced an issue with the battery, and dealing with the AI-bot tested my patience. However, once I insisted on speaking to a real person, things became easier. It still took time, but ultimately they resolved my issues. When everything works, the products and subscription function quite well! Let's hope it stays that way.
