Customer support is a nightmare. I ordered an adapter and something went wrong when it was sent, it was never received by the german post. Contact via the bot is useless. After a day you get a still automated response from the "team" saying yes there's a problem add up to 3 days for us to fix. Long story short .. after more then 2 weeks and several times going through the useless bot just to receive no answer or excuses, I'm still waiting for my order to be sent.Not sending another little adapter that probably costs less than a euro is more important than looking after a customer.
