Unbelievable that I've been waiting for my deposit to be returned for a month and a half now. Homfi asked for my details, I provided them immediately, and no communication after that.I've been requesting updates via email FOR A WEEK, and no replies. This is shameful and really shows the respect for tenants.
I had a very positive experience working with Karol Grabowski during my recent apartment search in Kraków. He managed the entire rental process with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency. Communication was always timely and transparent, and every step from the initial viewing to the contract signing was smooth and well-coordinated. I sincerely appreciate his support and would be glad to recommend his services to others looking for assistance in the rental market.
I really can't recommend renting an apartment here. Overall, it's either a completely incompetent company or maybe even a scam. 1. the company wanted the rental contract to be signed at the start of the rental period. In principle, this also worked. Unfortunately, I was then told on the day the rental started that the data in the system was incorrect and that the apartment was more expensive after all. As I needed an apartment at the time and had no alternative, I had to sign anyway. 2. when I viewed the apartment and signed the contract, I was told that there was a garden for only me. The garden is also part of the contract. After a few months, I noticed that there were always people in the garden. When I asked the company why this was the case, they had to ask the building manager. He said that the garden is for several apartments. So there are two options for me: The company itself has no information about the apartments it rents out and is making statements that are not true. Or it is a fraud to enforce a higher price. Both are absolutely unacceptable.
The worst real estate company I have ever dealt with. Write a review only when you move out - only this way you can know for sure if company is decent, but in case with Homfi it showed itself as scammers who have no respect for their tenants. I have been renting an apartment with them for a half year. During the lease term some damage was done in the property - I did not deny it and went for cooperation, but they did not want to listen and after a few month after we moved out sent us a bill for more than 6000 zloty which takes whole deposit and makes us pay them - this is nonsense! We left there spare curtains, some good furniture and utensils (apartment had nothing of it when we moved in) and after this owner decided to renovate the apartment at our deposit expense. We are renting an apartment not the first time in our life and did that in different countries long term - all was good, but Homfi is clearly the worst experience we have ever had.We should be worried at the very beginning when their agent rescheduled visit multiple times and was late. Value your time and money - do not ever deal with Homfi
I confirm the comment below that this is one of the worst real estate agencies. They sell you a dream but in real life it is a cellar.They promise you one price for their services but in the contract the price is different.They say that other extras are for free and included in their offer but when you sign a contract with them, they say that it was a misunderstanding
