Despite numerous maintenance requests and emails, no significant repairs have been made. Five months ago, the bathroom sink collapsed due to moisture damage and remains unfixed. I injured my hand on the broken sink, and I am left with no choice but to brush my teeth in the bathtub, which is both undignified and unacceptable. When I asked for relocation due to the company breaching the contract, I was informed that I would need to pay another deposit while still being required to pay full rent in these unsafe conditions. This lack of accountability and care for tenants is simply unacceptable, and I have already stated that I plan to escalate this issue to the appropriate housing authorities.
