As for the people who rent - they will do nothing to protect you.They will do anything the owner says - in my case, the owner decided to repair or provide maintenance of the half of the equipment in the house by my expense. What did Homfi do? - nothing to protect me.They just said I will pay for everything. And they won't provide you the proof that something was actually broken.They changed their name from Nowodworski Estates to Homfi recently. Search for reviews of Nowodworski Estates - you will find a lot of bad reviews.
