I couldn’t recommend Homie enough. Living in Denmark at 8 years I feel that this was the best service I ever had in Denmark. From the communication, to the fixing of the apartment and ending with the moving out, homie exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t thank them enough.I am extremely thankful that they not just fix what we damaged/used, but also some defects that came already with the house. I am also honestly impressed with the amazing costumer service. Fredrick and Julius were both always so helpful, nice and kind that I cannot recommend them enough. I also appreciate a lot transparency, so when I hired Homie I was a bit in doubt. It sounded too good to be true. Honestly, they are just everything they promise and more (which is rare).A thank you is not enough. I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

However, the cleaners left a vacuum cleaner and some dirty clothes behind. Additionally, the kitchen was not cleaned properly, which caused stress as we had to tidy up before the inspectors arrived.The Homie representative seemed uncomfortable speaking English and lacked adequate training for the inspection. The inspectors preferred that she not be present, and she was quite passive about it, even asking if she should stay or leave. I had to clarify to both the inspectors and her that I had a power of attorney, so she needed to remain.During the inspection, I didn’t see the benefit of having the Homie representative there. The final report indicated that some areas required cleaning, which Homie agreed to cover. However, there was a small crack in the kitchen table from normal use. The first Homie rep had mentioned that this would be considered typical wear and tear, but the representative present during the inspection didn’t address it at all.While I appreciate that Homie can alleviate some stress by handling tasks like painting and sanding, especially if you want to avoid dealing with multiple companies, you shouldn’t expect much support during the inspection—particularly if you're an international client who doesn’t speak or understand fluent Danish. I’m still waiting to find out how much of my deposit I will get back.
I chose Homie to renovate my rented Apartment in Copenhagen after going through 4 other competitors. The great thing about Homie was, they were willing to guarantee the bathroom fixes and other tough work, which other renovators failed to guarantee. The person from Homie, Julius, who visited us for inspection helped me so much in-terms of finding the right place to buy simple spares for Kitchen chimney etc. That helped a lot, as otherwise it would have costed a lot if owners themselves had to replace them. Then the house had heavy use and plenty of fixes to do due to 5 years of stay. Homie fixed the place so well, that I just got deducted 1300 kr from my deposit. Homie took care of my move-out inspection as well, and everything was professionally handled. They did not charge a single krone upfront and had this unique deposit transfer scheme where my deposit will get transferred to them after my deposit gets released from landlord, was no nice. All the other competitors wanted upfront full payment and less guarantees. I am an expat, and I had to move out of Denmark after I vacated my apartment, but Homie made sure they collected the keys from me on time, with a key box and made the move-out inspection a hassle-free affair for me.Every single task was done with utmost care. Can't recommend Homie enough! they are the best in business and particularly if you are expat, you can have peace of mind and leave the job to Homie. Thanks Homie! we love you!
Super good service!We had to work with homie for the apartment we rented for 5 years in NV. They first came to give us some recommendations about how to renew the apartment at low cost. We decided what we wanted to redo ourselves, and they took care of the rest. They sanded the floor, painted walls and ceiling, and clean everything. After renovation, the apartement looked like new. We could give back our apartment without any issue.They were professionnal, the communication was good.We would work with them again if we had to.
