Gil is the best salesman I've spoken to he told me why I needed security in the home everything made sense and he got me the best deal he could possibly give me if you ever call in ask for Gil and he will do his absolute best to hook you up.
I booked them to install a video doorbell purchased from Google because they were the Google recommended Nest Pros. 1st tech didn't install the chime correctly but the doorbell worked. 2nd tech sent in to fix the chime burned up the chime transformer rendering the doorbell broken. The tech told me to return the broken doorbell to Google and tell the I received it broken and that I was not to mention the Nest Pro installation. I'm still waiting for Safe Streets to reimburse me for the doorbell, failed installation, and a new chime tramsformer. I hired another company to install a new doorbell and they found the fried tramsformer left behind by the Safe Streets techs when they discovered no voltage to the chime or doorbell. No communication whatsoever from Safe Streets to try to make it right. Very disappointed that Google recommends them as Nest Pros
I wholeheartedly recommend the technician who handled the installation of all devices (excluding the fire and CO2 detector) at my home. He was extremely professional and efficient. He took the time to patiently demonstrate how to operate the various devices both directly and through my cell phone.
This service is incredibly disappointing. Their $200 gift card promotion is misleading! I was left without it and NEVER received it. I chose to cancel my contract due to this issue and switched to another provider. They do not honor their commitments! Cancelling the service was a hassle - the support team was not very helpful. They want my money but fail to respond to my inquiries promptly. I will NEVER recommend this service to anyone after such an unsatisfactory experience.
I appreciated not having to install all of this equipment on my own, and it's great that it is hardwired into the house. Additionally, I liked that some of the equipment I already owned could be utilized, which helped save a significant amount of money.
Terrible experience with overpriced equipment! When it fails, the company will charge you for a service call. After completing your monitoring contract, they disable all the equipment, making it completely useless. Unacceptable!
