I had an incredibly disappointing experience with a cancelled reservation and the refund process. The booking was cancelled within the free cancellation period. Although I paid in advance, it has been over 30 days since the cancellation (the stated refund deadline according to the Terms & Conditions), and the refund has yet to be processed. I've reached out to the property and provided proof of payment, but the issue is still unresolved. A refund of €407.64 remains outstanding, with no clear timeline or proactive communication. Such delays are unacceptable, especially since the cancellation was made correctly and on time. I would caution future guests to be wary when paying in advance and to closely monitor their refunds.
