They do not refund money for cancellations made within the free cancellation period. I strongly advise against booking anything with this service, regardless of the platform used. I booked through a site that offered free cancellation and am still struggling to recover my advance payment. Thankfully, it wasn't a large sum, but the experience has been very unpleasant as I have been waiting for over 30 days for my refund.
