The management is terrible, with no communication whatsoever. They do not answer calls. We tried all the provided phone numbers, but none were answered. Messages sent via WhatsApp and email received only automated replies, with no follow-up. During booking, they sent numerous messages with different addresses for key collection, leaving customers guessing where to go since they do not respond to calls or messages. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with accommodation bookings.
