If I could give this entire experience a zero, I would. The house was filthy and outdated, and the staff managing it were rude and unhelpful. The pool was never cleaned during our stay despite daily requests, and the staff argued with me about its cleanliness. They ignored my concerns and never sent anyone to clean it, so we couldn't use the pool at all. The house was dirty, with ants outside. I would be very upset if I had trusted them to manage my property. Zero out of ten.
