Awful. It was our first day in a beautiful apartment, but upon returning from dinner, we saw an awkward situation happening in the neighboring apartment. They saw us as we walked by due to the fully glazed front door. While all windows and doors had remote control blinds, the front door did not have a remote. We felt extremely uncomfortable. I reached out to the management, but they were unhelpful and rude. I had to cover the door with a sheet to feel secure. The next morning, they messaged us to say 'have a good night.' Their ignorance has ruined our first holiday in five years, and I am appalled they are taking money from the property owner for such poor service. I will avoid this area to steer clear of any dealings with them again.
