Our experience on this trip was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found ourselves in a parking lot, and when we called for assistance, a rude representative simply told us, ‘the fifth floor in the big building,’ without any further guidance. We struggled to figure out where to go and received no answers after multiple calls. Eventually, we followed complicated instructions to access the key, only to find the pool completely empty. Attempts to contact management about this were ignored, forcing us to find alternative accommodation at an extra cost of £400. This experience was shocking!
