I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with a cancelled reservation and refund process. The reservation was cancelled well within the allowed free cancellation period. Although payment was made in advance, over 30 days have passed since the cancellation, which is the stated refund timeline according to the Terms & Conditions, and the refund has yet to be processed. I reached out to the property and provided proof of payment, but the issue remains unresolved. A refund of €407.64 is still pending, with no clear timeline or proactive communication from the service. Such lengthy delays are unacceptable, especially since the cancellation was made correctly and on time. I would recommend future guests exercise caution when making advance payments and to keep a close eye on refund processes.
