It seems that their strategy revolves around collecting payments upfront while creating unnecessary hurdles for refunds. If you keep pushing, you might eventually get your money back, but otherwise, they just retain it. Their actual profit seems to come from customers who either give up or fail to notice unauthorized charges after cancellation. This is where they truly benefit. What’s even more concerning is that customers receive no compensation for the stress and effort needed to recover what is rightfully theirs. Platforms like the booking service should take decisive action against businesses engaging in such behavior. Partnering with them not only harms customers but also undermines the credibility and reliability of the booking services themselves. In my situation, they canceled my reservation at the last minute and still deducted money from my account.
