Absolutely appalling service. Took money, having to chase communication and planning application declined - because of poor drawings sent apparently. Would not rectify without another full payment.

I recently had to apply for Listed Building Consent for the installation of six stairlifts in the communal parts of our building. I initially tried to do it myself but soon found myself going round in circles, so I consulted Homz. They took everything over and, cyber security attack and Christmas/New Year celebrations notwithstanding, managed to obtain formal Consent within 8 weeks! Nathaniel, with whom I dealt at Homz, was patient and understanding and worked diligently to get the council to move more quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing planning advice
