I recently had to apply for Listed Building Consent for the installation of six stairlifts in the communal parts of our building. I initially tried to do it myself but soon found myself going round in circles, so I consulted Homz. They took everything over and, cyber security attack and Christmas/New Year celebrations notwithstanding, managed to obtain formal Consent within 8 weeks!
