After two months of back-and-forth, they agreed to refund my money, but I was charged for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. They claimed they don't sell parts for my model, which makes me believe I shouldn't have to incur these costs. I provided accurate information, and it's their responsibility for the mix-up. Additionally, the shipping was subpar, with damaged boxes. Overall, I faced too many excuses and cannot recommend this service.
