Review Time
HondaPartsNow sent a wrong item and unfortunately I did not noticed until I needed to replace the part (windshield wiper) month or so later. I called the customer service and they refused to correct their error stating that it is outside of their 30 days window (and being really unpleasant about it). There are plenty of sites with OEM parts, do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
I highly recommend avoiding this company. I ordered a part and ended up not needing it, requested a RMA, which they provided, received the part that was returned and then never gave me a refund. After repeated attempts to talk to someone with Honda parts now and get this resolved, they only lead me in circles. They got the part and my $291. Never ever ever use this company for anything.
They lost my order and never shipped it. Then gave me the run around for 2 weeks, only to then charge me a restocking fee for a order that was never even shipped. The whole time the customer service was little to no help at all.
I placed an order and received a damaged part, which made safe installation impossible. The broken piece was clearly shipped to me like that, as it was found inside a bag taped to the item. After following the return process, I shipped it back with the provided label, and they confirmed receipt. However, over a month later, I still haven't received any updates. Each time I reach out for information, I get a generic response about reviewing my return. My requests for a callback from a supervisor have been ignored, and they keep using vague terms like "soon" without any real commitment to follow up. This lack of communication is frustrating and unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but the disregard for customer inquiries and the absence of updates is beyond disappointing. It feels like my concerns are being brushed aside, and I’m left feeling neglected. A simple acknowledgment of my requests would have gone a long way in making me feel valued as a customer. Instead, I'm left with no clarity and over $580 held up without resolution.
I appreciate being able to purchase factory parts at more affordable prices. Even the listed prices are lower than those at local dealerships. I've noticed that many parts at local dealerships are often not available in-store and need to be ordered, resulting in additional trips. The fuel expenses can nearly match the shipping costs. The service consistently ships promptly and, if there are any delays, always keeps me informed.
I ordered the right and left aisles for a 2022 model, providing the VIN number, but received parts meant for a different model instead. After two months of back-and-forth, they agreed to refund my money, but I was charged for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. They claimed they don't sell parts for my model, which makes me believe I shouldn't have to incur these costs. I provided accurate information, and it's their responsibility for the mix-up. Additionally, the shipping was subpar, with damaged boxes. Overall, I faced too many excuses and cannot recommend this service.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever encountered. I bought new lift struts for my vehicle, which initially went well. However, by a few months later, they started to fail, which seemed too soon. I contacted customer service about a replacement. It’s now several months later, and I've been in a prolonged back-and-forth with the company, waiting weeks for responses. They now require a diagnostic report from a 'local dealer' to prove the issue. I offered to send a video, but they wouldn’t accept it. I’m left confused about what 'local dealer' they mean. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Failing lift struts pose a safety risk, and they are complicating the resolution. I will not purchase from them again and advise others to be cautious.
