My requests for a callback from a supervisor have been ignored, and they keep using vague terms like "soon" without any real commitment to follow up. This lack of communication is frustrating and unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but the disregard for customer inquiries and the absence of updates is beyond disappointing. It feels like my concerns are being brushed aside, and I’m left feeling neglected. A simple acknowledgment of my requests would have gone a long way in making me feel valued as a customer. Instead, I'm left with no clarity and over $580 held up without resolution.
