I ordered a takeaway click and collect from the Brighton branch.My order consisted of the 'Plant Vegan Beyond Meat' burger in a gluten free bun, which comes with fries. They were the second best vegan burger with a gluten free bun i've had. The packaging seems to be very environmentally friendly; it's all made of card and paper with the exception of the two little sauce pots which were 'compostable' ( sic. ) plastic. I hope they change the pots to something better. I think that it's a good thing that it doesn't come with any cutlery by default, as it isn't really necessary, though perhaps let people add some wooden cutlery to their order in case they need it. I'd also like a ( gluten free ) vinegar option.The order was fully ready on time, and the customer service was good. I appreciate their responsiveness, they seem to know what they need to know ( about gluten free and vegan ingredients ), and they weren't doing any constant bothering and 'hard sell' nonsense.

It’s been over 10 years and we’d like to think we’re now pretty good at burgers and chips. It’s been a bit of a blur, a lot of hard work, but that’s been half the fun. Good enough just isn’t good enough here. We don’t mean to brag but we’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times. Our beef comes from British native breed cows farmed in Great Britain & Northern Ireland. They’re grass-fed and well looked after with space to roam in the fields during spring, summer and autumn and only see a barn when it’s too cold outside during winter.
