Do not order from the new Croydon branch. My boyfriend and I ordered food on Valentines Day through Deliveroo so of course, we were expecting a slight delay. However, waiting 2 and a half hours for a branch that is 10 minutes from us to only receive soggy and stone cold food is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the driver just dumped it on our doorstep and ran up the stairs before we could say anything. They weren't even offering collection otherwise we could have avoided this situation completely. I searched high and low for some kind of contact number but it turned out the branch we ordered from had NO contact details to be seen. I finally got in touch with Deliveroo during the wait who told me they were still waiting for a driver although we'd had one assigned to us within the first 20 minutes? I recognise that Deliveroo is partly to blame, but to let the food leave the restaurant the way Honest did is the worst I have ever experienced. The mere £5 compensation they offered me does not cover the sheer disappointment and frustration of wasting £39.If you want to enjoy their food, go to their branches when they are open again. I'm not sure I will be after being treated like this

It’s been over 10 years and we’d like to think we’re now pretty good at burgers and chips. It’s been a bit of a blur, a lot of hard work, but that’s been half the fun. Good enough just isn’t good enough here. We don’t mean to brag but we’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times. Our beef comes from British native breed cows farmed in Great Britain & Northern Ireland. They’re grass-fed and well looked after with space to roam in the fields during spring, summer and autumn and only see a barn when it’s too cold outside during winter.
