Order food for the first time from honest burgers in Windsor via Uber eats.After 40 mins wait I checked the tracking to find the driver had passed my house and delivered to other houses in the area.I called the driver who informed me he was delivering and would drop off to me last. Food was stone cold and items missing from the bag. I called the honest branch who said I could get a refund on the Uber ear app , like previous customers have stated there is no option on the Uber site.The assistant offered to send a full replacement !! Over an hour later I was still waiting and re called the branch again. Was told the delivery had just left ! Nearly one and half hours later the food arrived , again stone cold. Disgusting service, would never shop there again or use Uber eats ! Honest burgers , sort you systems out otherwise you will continue to lose more customers !

It’s been over 10 years and we’d like to think we’re now pretty good at burgers and chips. It’s been a bit of a blur, a lot of hard work, but that’s been half the fun. Good enough just isn’t good enough here. We don’t mean to brag but we’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times. Our beef comes from British native breed cows farmed in Great Britain & Northern Ireland. They’re grass-fed and well looked after with space to roam in the fields during spring, summer and autumn and only see a barn when it’s too cold outside during winter.
