Chiswicj Branch: Ordered at 18.51 and was told would be sent out at 19.29. Called them at 20.00 to ask where it was and was told it had been in the hot box for 20 mins. Told them this was not good enough and asked for a full refund and was told I would have to take that up with Uber Eats. I said I didn't order from Uber Eats I ordered from you to which the man on the phone siad he was too busy and put the phone down. Tried to call back but they must have taken the phone off the hook. Food turned up cold at 20.20. Nowhere on the website does it mention refund and I haveno idea where to look on the Uber Eats website. Food cost £51.00. Ridiculous service, avoid. Will be going in to the shop when they open tomorrow.

It’s been over 10 years and we’d like to think we’re now pretty good at burgers and chips. It’s been a bit of a blur, a lot of hard work, but that’s been half the fun. Good enough just isn’t good enough here. We don’t mean to brag but we’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times. Our beef comes from British native breed cows farmed in Great Britain & Northern Ireland. They’re grass-fed and well looked after with space to roam in the fields during spring, summer and autumn and only see a barn when it’s too cold outside during winter.
