I truly had wonderful customer service, I had a small where the address was incorrect and my package never arrived to my home ,so I emailed Miss Chrissie and her response was almost immediate, which I was actually really impressed. She was very kind, understanding and quickly resolved my issue and even gave me a courtesy package for the troubles. To have any company, especially a small business that is trying to help our loved furr babies, go above and beyond to help their customer out the way that Chrissie helped me- I will stay a loyal customer.
