I truly had wonderful customer service, I had a small where the address was incorrect and my package never arrived to my home ,so I emailed Miss Chrissie and her response was almost immediate, which I was actually really impressed. She was very kind, understanding and quickly resolved my issue and even gave me a courtesy package for the troubles. To have any company, especially a small business that is trying to help our loved furr babies, go above and beyond to help their customer out the way that Chrissie helped me- I will stay a loyal customer. I recommend this company to anyone who has a pet they love and cherish and want to keep active and healthy !
Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience with both the product and customer service.
I received a defective bottle of CBD oil for my dog and initially reached out to customer service right around the one-year mark of the order. During that first conversation, I was asked multiple questions about the order and was explicitly told a refund would be processed. The back-and-forth lasted almost a month, mostly because of delayed responses on their end, despite my repeated follow-ups, giving the impression the issue was being handled.
After hearing nothing further, I followed up — and only then was I informed that no refund or replacement would be issued because the order was now “over a year old” and their system has “strict limitations.” Had I not followed up myself, I would never have been notified that the promised refund wasn’t happening.
At no point was I proactively told that the refund was denied, despite earlier communication stating otherwise. I also repeatedly asked to escalate the issue and continued to be routed back to the same representative with no resolution.
My advice to anyone ordering: open and inspect every bottle immediately upon receipt, because if a defect is discovered later, customer service will rely on technicalities rather than standing behind their product.
This resulted in wasted time, money, and false promises, and shows that the company does not stand behind its product or its customer service.
We decided to try the calming CBD oil to help our rescue dog, and the results have far exceeded our expectations. She suffers from PTSD due to her traumatic past, and we were prepared for the worst when we took her in. After using the product, she now experiences far fewer nightmares and is much less anxious. I am incredibly thankful for the support; she is thriving, and it's heartwarming to see her quality of life improve. Thank you for making such a difference.
Our older dog was in pain, and I sought something to help his joints. I decided to try this service. Unfortunately, our dear pet's condition was worse than I realized, and we had to say goodbye before the product arrived. When I finally reached out for help, I received a prompt response from their AI, followed by a thoughtful message from a human on Monday. They expressed sympathy for our loss and advised me to donate the product instead of returning it, while also processing a full refund. I am truly impressed by their level of care and support.
I am quite pleased with the product for my dog, but I really wish there was an option for non-childproof caps like those offered by pharmacies. Some of the bottle caps are quite challenging to open. I would prefer an appropriate container to transfer the contents, but I don't have one. It would be much easier if we had the choice of a non-childproof bottle. Please consider making this option available for seniors and others who may struggle with opening the bottles.
As an older individual not very skilled with technology, I initially struggled to complete my order. After several messages, I finally got assistance from a representative, which led to a successful transaction. My little rescue dog, a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix, is also aging, and these products were personally recommended by her vet to keep her comfortable. Thank you for helping me provide her with what she needs to stay healthy and by my side for as long as possible!
I have previously had good experiences with customer service, but this time it was terrible! I will be purchasing directly from other retailers. They sent the wrong flavor of CBD chews that my pet has been receiving for years. When I inquired, they made me prove what I received instead of acknowledging their mistake. Why should I have to do their job?
A subscription and monthly fee were mistakenly added to my transaction. The customer service team canceled the entire order at my request, but my credit card was charged on 11/27 and I still have not received a refund. My attempts to resolve this issue have been unsuccessful. I can only interact with AI, and this has been a very disappointing experience.
