I’m sharing this review due to my frustrating experience. The product may work for some, but it did nothing for me despite following instructions. What upset me the most was the misleading guarantee advertised: “100% Risk-Free” and “60-day money-back guarantee.” These claims are not upheld. When I requested a refund, I was told I had to return the product internationally at my own cost, which exceeds the product price. This is far from “risk-free.” They didn’t mention this on their site. After pointing this out, they only offered a partial refund, which contradicts their guarantee. I find this behavior unacceptable. A company should honor its guarantees. If they claim a “full refund — no questions asked,” customers should receive that without unreasonable return shipping costs. I hope they revise their refund policy or stop calling it “risk-free,” as it clearly isn’t.
