My friend ordered the anti snore device from Honex. He paid £30 to get two, one for him and one for me. They only sent us one. We also paid extra for faster shipping, and that was slow, it actually came from China, even though the advert made it look like it was from America. We have tried several times to contact them, but never received a reply. I think it is disgraceful. The anti-snore device doesn't work either.
I sleep alone, so I don't get the feedback from a partner, however I haven't been woken up by the the thick head feelings. The change in my lower jaw position seems subtle so I can't determine the difference in the position, even when I look in the mirror. I would have appreciated some info in the packaging, but found none when I opened the package. Also the marketing post on my FB seems to have disappeared so I am unable to reference there. Please help.

Top and bottom as website advertised. Is not FDA approved as website leads you to believe. Its a waste of your money. I should have done better research.
The guard is softer than other/similar designs and not having to boil/mold it is so convenient. It does prevent snoring but takes some getting used to (i. e., some jaw soreness). Wearing it for an hour or so during the day helps with that. It also causes significant drooling/salivating which takes getting used to. However, it is well worth it, reducing use of my CPAP. I highly recommend the Honex anti-snoring device.

I foolishly bought their products and then found out the hard way how ridiculously difficult they make it to process a return and get a refund.
Even though I told them upfront I didn’t want their mouth gear, they began by writing back recommending I give it a couple more weeks of wear.
Then the next email was to offer me a discount to keep them and this went on and on. Finally they sent a questionnaire for me to answe, that I had essentially already answered via waaaay too many email exchanges.
Lastly, they FINALLY came back with a mailing address to return the product, which I had asked for at the very beginning…about a dozen emails ago, and ever since! Only problem is that they want it returned to JAPAN, when I received it from within the United States! This is beyond the pale and absolutely infuriating!!!😡
I bought the mouthguards during a 2 for 1 promotion. Initially, I was skeptical since nothing had worked for me before. My snoring has disturbed my partner's sleep for years, and I've been told I stop breathing at night. However, after using the mouthguards, my snoring has nearly ceased, and I wake up feeling refreshed. They take some getting used to; they aren't bulky but do keep my mouth slightly open, causing occasional dry mouth at night. A quick drink of water helps, and then I can easily fall back asleep.
I suspect this service is a scam. I ordered a device online, but it never arrived. I received multiple emails apologizing for minor delays and offering tracking, which was flagged as suspicious. I recommend steering clear of it entirely. Similar products are available, but they don't effectively address snoring or apnea. They're a total waste of money and time. They fail to properly adjust the lower jaw position, allowing it to move freely without any restrictions. It's utterly worthless.
I ordered this item in October and it took three weeks to arrive. The website claims it's a Canadian product, but it actually shipped from China. The package didn’t even have the expected branding, and it lacked instructions, with the material feeling very cheap. I've reached out four times for a refund but have yet to receive any response, and now I've surpassed the 60-day guarantee. This appliance fails completely - Strike One! Furthermore, the service provides no support for issues or refunds - Strike Two. The fit is poor, uncomfortable, and does not keep the lower jaw forward as a proper mandibular advancement device should - Strike Three! As a dental professional, I wanted to assess this product's effectiveness. Avoid purchasing it. It doesn't work, and you won't receive a refund.
Completely disappointing. The website claims that lower jaw restraint is the only real solution for snoring. Yet, they sent an excessive amount of unnecessary items! The manifest revealed an absurd list of products that were not what I wanted or needed, along with two subpar mouthpieces. The marketing team behind this service should reconsider their approach. Additionally, I opted for express shipping, which promised a quick delivery, but it arrived weeks later. Unacceptable.
