I bought one for myself and my husband on the first night I admit I struggled to sleep because he was TOO QUIET! The mouth guard is very comfortable and has helped us both sleep better. I am waking up more refreshed and without a headache. I do not miss that dry mouth feeling that I used to wake up with from snoring during the night. Wish we had found these before!
