Subject: Review and Refund Request - "Quiet Anti Snoring Mouthpiece" Dear Trustpilot Support Team,I am writing to share my experience with "Quiet Anti Snoring Mouthpiece", purchased on September 29, 2025, for $39.95 (Order #88174205). The company's website ("Hornex Company" - in Paypal account as "Western Bid, Inc), claims to provide a full refund if you are not satisfied, no questions asked. The product received was totally ineffective.After I requested a refund, the company made the process extremely difficult with numerous questions. They eventually offered me a partial refund for less than half the amount paid. When I refused, they told me I have to send the product to an address in China which at this time represents a $150 shipping fee.This appears to be a scam, and I want to warn other consumers.
