DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Wish I could give them 0 stars!
I foolishly bought their products and then found out the hard way how ridiculously difficult they make it to process a return and get a refund.
Even though I told them upfront I didn’t want their mouth gear, they began by writing back recommending I give it a couple more weeks of wear.
Then the next email was to offer me a discount to keep them and this went on and on. Finally they sent a questionnaire for me to answe, that I had essentially already answered via waaaay too many email exchanges.
Lastly, they FINALLY came back with a mailing address to return the product, which I had asked for at the very beginning…about a dozen emails ago, and ever since! Only problem is that they want it returned to JAPAN, when I received it from within the United States! This is beyond the pale and absolutely infuriating!!!😡
