Very easy to order, my first order took a few weeks to come, but when it did arrive it was well packaged and the product is superb, my lips have been much improved since using the lip balm. I have since ordered again to purchase some for my Mum and I needed some spare applicators, my second order arrived quicker than the first one, but was also well packaged, my mum was made up with the gift.
