Love it - super nourishing! Helped my lips out a great deal as no other lip balm seems to work for me but as soon as I got HoneyBalm my lips finally felt free! Highly recommend!
Quirky and cute and well received by everyone I've gifted them too. My own favourite is cherry as the colour is intense rather than barely there. Can be a bit fiddly when you're in a hurry but I like the pot rather than a plain stick. Refills could be a good idea
I'm really impressed with these! Initially, I felt they were somewhat pricey for a lip balm, but the quality truly justifies the cost, and the variety of flavors is amazing. They consistently introduce new options as well. Highly recommended!
The quantity of product provided is quite small, while the compartment for the applicator is larger than the product itself. Additionally, it's very oily. Overall, it feels overpriced, as it seems you are paying more for the brand and packaging than for the actual product.
I wouldn’t consider purchasing from this service again or recommending it. I ordered three items and never received any updates. As the expected delivery date approached, I reached out via email, and they promised an update soon. A week later, I still hadn't heard back, so I emailed again. To my disappointment, they informed me that my items were out of stock, meaning my package wasn't sent out within the month when it was supposed to arrive in 6-10 days. At least I did receive a refund.
I submitted a review about two weeks ago, expressing my satisfaction with the products and giving it 4 stars. However, I pointed out that I had ordered several packaged pots for Christmas gifts and they arrived without the designated packaging, which forced me to use Christmas bags for sorting. I also mentioned the inconsistency of claiming to be a UK company while the items actually come from China. This was a straightforward and honest review. Subsequently, I received an email stating that my review had been deleted. I'm curious to see how long it takes for this one to be removed as well. I've noticed that other negative reviews have not been deleted. Sadly, I feel compelled to lower my rating from 4 stars to 2. Please address these issues. Your products are lovely; just be transparent with customers and ensure they arrive in the proper packaging instead of being crammed into large boxes.
The packaging is appealing, but the scents do not match the advertised flavors. The taste is quite off-putting as well. It's a letdown, as I had intended to use these as gifts, but now I have no choice but to discard them.
I placed an order on Sunday 5/12/25, and everything appeared fine at first. I didn't need the items for 10 working days, so the confirmation stating 5-8 business days for delivery seemed acceptable. However, after 4 working days, I received a tracking number only to find out that the items hadn't even been picked up for delivery, with the estimate suggesting they may not arrive before Christmas. The website should clearly state that orders placed on the 5th might not make it in time for the holiday. Additionally, it seems that returns have to be shipped back to the Netherlands, making it financially unfeasible. Now, I have to buy other gifts just in case these don't arrive.
