Really poor service. Ordered a pack on 28 December and have received emails every other day telling me they are on the way, asking why I haven’t used a discount code they sent, asking me to review their service, etc.,etc - yet as of 17 January the package has not arrived.I asked for a full refund last week, but was told by Maricel this was not possible because they had looked into my complaint and could see the order had been lost during delivery, so they had despatched another. This is clearly not true - waited another 5 days, without delivery and have been told the same thing. I have been sent a Royal Mail tracking code which says on Monday 13 January they were waiting to receive the package.It’s all lies and I doubt I will receive my order or a refund.Stay away from this scam.
