Update from my last review...After I left my review Honeybalm actually reached out to me. They were very apologetic for the service I experienced and to make up for it they offered me two options to choose from (both options included 3 balms).I really appreciated them reaching out to me as I felt that it showed a really good level of customer service and they care what their customers have to say, to be honest the compensation was a bonus.I did actually receive my original purchase a couple of days after I left my first l review. I am really happy with it, the quality of it is lovely and it the packaging is really cute. If they keep consistent with the deliveries then they are on to a winner
