This company is not based in UK it is in the Netherlands. You receive order confirmation but then you order doesn't come. You click on track your delivery and you input your order number and postcode and it doesn't provide any tracking just redirects back to their Web page that says your order is on its way and each time your delivery window passes it keeps extending. Emailed multiple time and had replies from a Maricel who says that the tracking says i will receive it shortly but still nothing. I ordered 28 December and nothing just blatant excuses. I will be contacting my credit card company to advise. But please don't order from them as appears some orders go out to get reviews and then they don't send others. Hoping I will get my money back but I will be notifying any post I see on social media warning people.
