I placed an order on Sunday 5/12/25, and everything appeared fine at first. I didn't need the items for 10 working days, so the confirmation stating 5-8 business days for delivery seemed acceptable. However, after 4 working days, I received a tracking number only to find out that the items hadn't even been picked up for delivery, with the estimate suggesting they may not arrive before Christmas. The website should clearly state that orders placed on the 5th might not make it in time for the holiday. Additionally, it seems that returns have to be shipped back to the Netherlands, making it financially unfeasible. Now, I have to buy other gifts just in case these don't arrive.
