I'm really disappointed with you. I placed an order a few days ago, and you wrote to me saying I should change the address so you could ship it as soon as possible. I haven't received any response from you, and I don't even know where my order is. What a scam! You don't answer emails, and there's no way to contact you. Terrible service.
I ordered 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive my items. They present themselves as U.S.-based, but they are actually located in another country. I'm uncertain if my order will arrive. If it doesn't come by January 2nd, I will file a complaint. I do not recommend this service and regret not checking reviews beforehand.

I've sent two emails with no reply. $51.00 was charged to my credit card, and I will need to dispute this with my credit card company. They also claim shipping takes 5-8 days, which feels like a scam.
I ordered 18 lip balms on 11/20/5 and have yet to receive them. The tracking is very poor, the phone number is no longer in service, and the email support is slow and unhelpful. Although it appeared that the product was shipping from the US, it turns out to be coming from China.

The service happily took $30 from me, but no package has arrived. I've also received no replies to my emails inquiring about my order. Caution is advised...you might never receive what you ordered!

I bought a set before Black Friday and then ordered the Black Friday set, hoping to return the first one. The box remained sealed. They agreed to the return but instructed me to send it to the Netherlands, even though it ships from Illinois. Terrible customer service!
