This company has lied, took my money and NEVER shipped me the medication. I’ve been a patient since December. I actually tried to start in November but they took my money and never shipped the product. I had another appointment In December and they had no idea what happened in November and they kept my money. I wrote a review and got the standard “Cookie cutter response”. It was no help. I stayed thinking it’s a new company and sometimes there are hiccups along the way but I’ve come to realize they commit fraud and allow their employees and customer support lie to you.
I had my “refill” appointment with the physician on FEBRUARY 3, 2026 and they took $400 dollars out on February 4, 2026. I was supposed to get my medicine in 3-5 business days. It’s now MARCH 1, 2026. I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MEDICINE! I’ve called every week since February 10, 2026, and they give me the same response. They can’t give me an answer as to why I don’t have it or why they haven’t sent it. I’ve been told numerous times that my calls were escalated and I would receive and email or call or tracking number with my shipment. It’s been 1 MONTH and nothing has been solved or shipped. I called again today and the customer service person tells me that my issue was NEVER escalated which is why I’m not getting a callback or email and the notes in his computer show nothing was ever done with my account. Not only has each person lied to me about looking into why I don’t have my medicine when they had no problem taking my money over 1 month ago. The standard is 3-5 business days AFTER you see the physician. Well tomorrow it will be over 1 month I’ve waited for my meds or help but it hasn’t happened. This is the second time they’ve taken my money and haven’t delivered the meds. I’ve done everything I needed to. Every time I call to check on the status, it’s another new person who doesn’t know what is going on who feeds me a bunch of bullshit on how they are going to get in touch with physician. It’s sad because the meds do work but this company doesn’t have it’s act together and they are knowingly taking my money without sending the meds. I’ve had to contact my bank before when they did this back in November. Futurhealth wouldn’t give me my money back so I had my bank open a claim of fraud. Now I have e to do it again. They give me the run around yet they keep sending a ‘refill form’ to fill out for my next medication. I still haven’t received the last medication but they have no problem going into my bank and taking the money and rendering no service. I know they will respond to this with their standard “I’m sorry to hear this and please call so we can fix this” Mumbo jumbo. I’ll call and they have NO IDEA why I’m calling. I’ve been through this several times. I will stop using this company. I recommend using a different weight loss company, one that has a good reputation and knows how to keep their medical records up to date because Futurhealth is not one of them. I shouldn’t have to wait over a month for meds. They don’t know what they’re doing. I receive the emails telling me to fill out another refill form because my meds are due. Yeah, well maybe you should send me my medication first before you refill something I don’t have. This company commits fraud and has its staff lie to you. DON’T USE FUTURHEALTH. Go with a different company who won’t steal or lie to you, because this isn’t one of them.

They still haven’t shipped my order from three weeks ago.

I had to temporarily change a shipping address and had to update payment for change of medication. This seems to have put me into some kind of bottleneck, because every time I reach out I hear something different, and am told conflicting reasoning as to why this is happening.

Whenever I reach out over chat or the multiple email correspondences I have about the issue, some AI bot asks me to describe the same issue over again.

They tell me that I’ll receive an update with 24 hours, and they never follow up. Leading the same thing to keep happening in circles.

Now I’m out over a thousand dollars, and no one at the company can tell what’s going on, and no one will confirm anything with me.

So, I called in January and was told my account was cancelled for missed payment and I would have start another account... I really felt that she cared about my success in lossing

Future Health has a failed system. I received no instructions after the first meeting. After a month of trying to get an appointment (they cancelled mine and I had to start over) This care provider, Jessicah said she would have a manager call me and I would be refunded since I wasnt' getting the care or instructions that Jessicah agreed I should have been getting. I finally just cancelled...but I had to call customer service 3 times because i was still getting information...and then they charged me again, 3 weeks after I cancelled.
Jessicah did not follow through. Future Health does not coach or give information or guidance. I do NOT recommend this company.

Timely and Efficient Service

I appreciate the punctuality of the call and the fact that it started right on time, unlike typical doctor's offices where there's often a long wait. My appointment was at 8am, and I logged in early as instructed. The doctor began speaking with me right at 8am, asking essential health questions and inquiring about any concerns I had. I really enjoy the service.

Avoid this place at all costs!

This location is truly disappointing. Save your time and money. When you reach out, the staff barely communicates in English. The application is non-functional, and nothing they provide can be opened. There are countless issues to address. JUST STAY AWAY!
