Initially went into the Perth CBD store to purchase a sale lingerie set, they did not have my size in store but offered to do an order in for me and upon request it was arranged to be delivered to the store. Unfortunately while I observed every step of the order being placed something went wrong and it never got to the warehouse and so when I went in later to inquire as it had been around 3 weeks with no news the set I ordered in my sizes was totally outta stock. The SA who was the new store manager as of that week attempted to find something of the same value but we settled on a gift card. Today when I attempted to use the gift card to purchase a toy the eftpos system was down and I was unable to make a purchase. "OK that sounds rubbish why is this a 4 star review?" Becaue throughout it all the only faults have been technical and every SA I've dealt with along the way has been absolutely amazing and unfailingly apologetic when things have gone wrong and attempt to come up with solutions even when it has been out of their way. I know a lot of the reviews here are dragging the online service but I truly think the perth cbd store is a gem of SAs and they deserve better than the buggy POS they have. Also yall crying about the ad of a male model in the ruby set are vile as hell homophobes.
