Great Underwear, zero customer care and compassion. After shopping with this company for years there's no customer loyalty. I missed the returns window and whilst I absolutely know that was my fault I did (wrongly) assume there might be a tiny leeway as a long term customer who does shop with them a lot. I have run my own business for 20 years and know exactly how customer care and loyalty works. Maybe it was the sarcastic and unhelpful tone of the person answering me that got my back up. Either way unfortunately won't be shopping here again.
