Ordered over 500 euros and it unfortunately never arrived. Besides, customer service keeps on saying I should have it, will not help me, does not know where the package is and if it has even been sent and does not refund me money or sends a new one.Simply put, nothing seems to be ever send and for now (4 weeks later), the company just stole more than €500 from me.
