They tried to replace an out-of-stock item I bought with a completely different item without my permission. This was to "ensure that I keep the free lens". That doesn't make sense. Why would a free item take preference over an item I bought other than to generate a profit. No logic. Terrible experience, and I received so much attitude from them too.
