Excellent contacts - prescription colours

I bought a bunch of coloured contacts recently. Came on the expected date and were as described - one was slightly more discrete than I had imagined but I have quite light-coloured eyes and the model had brown so I'm not too bothered by this. They're in difficult to open packages, but they last a long time and - for the natural colours - people don't often notice they're not real!

honeycolor lenses DANGER!

Hello, I do not advise you to put honeycolor lenses why? because they are not transparent! without the lenses I read the newspaper well and with them I see slightly blurry and therefore impossible to read the newspaper! the lenses are simply not transparent and can harm your eyesight in the long term!!! so be careful there is danger for your eyes!

STILL WAITING FOR REFUND

They won't properly process my refund. Waiting 10+ business days for a 26USD refund. They told me to contact my bank and won't look into it. I now have to go through my bank's fraud protection service to get a refund. Terrible and fraudelant

They only publish good reviews for their products

I initially liked their contacts (Neo Dali extra brown Toric) but they eventually became extremely uncomfortable. When I wrote my review I noticed they never published it. I tried again, still no sign of it. Seems like they only publish the good reviews which gives me a bad impression because they’re covering up peoples bad experiences.

Amazing service and quality!

They tried to replace an out-of-stock…

They tried to replace an out-of-stock item I bought with a completely different item without my permission. This was to "ensure that I keep the free lens". That doesn't make sense. Why would a free item take preference over an item I bought other than to generate a profit. No logic. Terrible experience, and I received so much attitude from them too.

disappointing

i ordered from here twice. the first time I had no problem whatsoever, my contacts came earlier than expected and they were great, very good quality and also affordable price! I got the revocolour romantic sheer brown with prescription, which are yearly. the second time I ordered from there, I never received my item which was extremely disappointing since the first time I had no problem. at least they reply to emails very quickly?
