Worst customer service... Rip Off!

About a month ago, I placed an online order.A couple days later I received an email from CS rep "Amy" saying they were out of one of the items I ordered.After a couple of exchanges, I requested the entire order to be cancelled. "Amy" came back saying sorry... we've already shipped the order and I can just refuse the package. Three weeks later, the package arrived and was not able refuse the package since I wasn't home to receive it.I wrote "Amy" back asking what I need to do thinking they would send me a return label, instead they told me to return the package on my expense to MALAYSIA! How is this situation my mistake? How does a company charge the entire amount of the order and ship it out without the entire order being filled?! No further response from the company!Rip off!Do not order from HoneyColor!
