I've had good experience with Honeycolor in the past but this time has been TERRIBLE. I have emailed 3 times regarding an express order i made almost 3 weeks ago. It was supposed to arrive on October 16th and did not. I understand problems with shipping can happen that are out of their control, but they won't even email me back! AWFUL customer service. If they won't respond to my emails and refund me, I will seek a refund through my bank's system for businesses that scam you like this one scammed me. Disgusted. I've been a customer for years.
